When you purchase a copy of the FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro 10 software and elect to have the software delivered by Electronic Software Download (ESD) you are granted a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to download the software. The Extended Download Service provides users with the ability to obtain the latest release of the FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro 10 software in cases where the user is beyond the initial 30 day download period and needs a new download of the ESD software because their original software is lost or is simply looking to download the latest release of the software and is no longer eligible for complementary technical support.

Terms and Conditions of Extended Download Service
Purchasing an Extended Download Service entitles you to download an Electronic Software Download (ESD) copy of the registered FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro 10 software you previously purchased for a period of 30 days from the date the Extended Download Service was purchased.
Upon purchasing the Extended Download Service you will receive an email containing information for accessing the ESD software.
The download information will be sent to the email address on record for the original order for the FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro 10 software. If you encounter any issues with receiving the email or downloading the ESD software you must notify the Sales department within 30 days of purchasing the Extended Download Service.
Purchasing the Extended Download Service does not extend or reset your initial complimentary 180 day technical support period.
There are no refunds on Extended Download Service purchases.
